Kit: Boots with moulded studs are best (not metal), or astro turf boots (the ones with tiny dimples, which are a bit more multi-purpose), but trainers could be fine at first.

An informal meeting place for Ukrainians and their sponsors over a cup of tea or coffee. No need to book, just turn up!

King Charles the Martyr

Every Thursday 4pm to 6pm

Welcoming all Ukrainian guests and their hosts and supporters. Refreshments, activities and a time to meet, learn from each others and relax. Anyone can come!

Free Karate for children and adults

CMA Karate UK are offering Ukrainians free Children and Adult Karate sessions at St Mark's school, Tunbridge Wells on Thursdays and in Wadhurst on Mondays.
